Nice to see some big festivals starting to return and get scheduled for 2022. Goldenvoice is returning the This Ain’t No Picnic Festival in summer 2022. The two-day festival is scheduled to be held on August 27-28 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. The festival’s filled with what looks like an Indie dream lineup include main acts The Strokes as well as the LCD Soundsystem. The other acts on the bill include Le Tigre performing the show as a reunion.
Non-headliners include top notch Indie favorites including Black Emperor, Phoebe Bridges, Jungle, Circle Jerks, Sleep Idles and so many more. This is one 2 day festival you do not want to miss if you live nearby.
